I have been working in the property maintenance, repairs and refurbishment market for the majority of my working life; over 30 years, both in employed and self employed positions. 

Prior to setting up my current business I was employed for the past 10 years by an established local Design & Build Company as a skilled multi-trade operative.

I have undertaken a vast array of work from the simple to the more challenging long term projects. The list of my services is extensive but includes plastering, rendering, brickwork, drainage, roofing, lead work and chimney repairs.

Additionally structural works such as removal of internal walls requiring new structural steel work, building of new block and/or timber partitions to facilitate layout alterations, removal or addition of external windows and/or doorways.

Experienced also in working on Listed Buildings, including extensive repairs to Timber Framed Buildings, working with traditional lime finishes and decoration. Hand in hand with the sometimes challenging aspects of dealing with Planning
and Conservation constraints.

I am happy to undertake any size of project; large or small. Whether your requirements are planned or as a result of an unfortunate emergency I will always endeavour to assist you.
